Experience of conduct of propaganda is considered on troops and populations of opponent in the years of Second World (1939-1945), organization and leadthrough of Phsycological operation of the USA in wars and armed conlicts in 1946-1991 and Special Propaganda of USSR during battle actions in Afghanistan in 1979-1989. Considerable attention is in-process spared chronologic illumination of development of IPI in local wars and armed conflicts (1992-2000). On the basis of study of offical records of army of the USA the personal touches, exposed maintenance and features of PO on the modern stagе, are certain.
