In dissertation work the was conducted theoretical generalization and morphological ground of prospects of the use of new surgical stitch materials for sewing of organs of the urinal system, which consists in acceleration of reparative regeneration of structural elements of wall of organ, minimalization of inflammatory reaction from the side of tissues and warning of development of surplus scar were was. Conducted comparative estimation of influence on tissues of ureter of standard biofil and synthetic absorbable thread of vikril that allowed complementing information about these surgical stitch materials. Stimulation of processes of cicatrisation of the sewn together tissues of ureter and reparative regeneration in them, inhibition of the scar, practically complete renewal of the sewn together muscular layers of ureter at the use of the surgical threads modified ethonium is the basic for application of these stitch materials in clinical urology on a background co-operation of surgical thread and urine. The researched stimulation of activity of fibroblasts results in the improvement of oxygenation of scar and is instrumental in acceleration of ripening of connecting tissue. Active vasoformation in young connective tissue at the use of modified by ethonium biofil causes the minimum expressed disorders of microcirculation and of the edema phenomena.
