Romanuha O. Ukrainian and Russian Relations Development in Cultural and Scientific Branch (1991-2005)

The thesis is devoted to analysis of Ukrainian and Russian relations in cultural and scientific branch during the years1991-2005. This scientific work contains completely studied and analyzed state of subject scientific research, significant quantity of never used before documents are included into it. The main tendencies of bilateral Ukrainian and Russian relations in cultural and scientific branch are elucidated; legal base of mutual relations are characterized; dynamic development of both states collaboration of theatres, museums, libraries, the intensity of scientific interaction of academies of sciences, high schools, scientific and research institutes is identified. The problems of cultural values returning, national and cultural development of Ukrainian Diaspora in Russia and the Russian one in Ukraine, demand the further studying and generalizing. The most significant forms and methods of joint work, the state and conclusions from basic problems of Ukrainian and Russian relations in cultural and scientific fields are shown. We can see their main principles for modern scientific and cultural development in Ukraine.
