Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex study of influence of pancreatic and hepatic pathologies on the development of morphological changes in a kidney. The destructive changes of nephrons were the most significant on the 7th day of experiment. Histologically there were revealed prominent disorders of the kidney’s vascular system, nephron’s components, their morphometrical parameters in comparison with the indexes of control animals. It was established destructive changes of filtration barrier, proximal and distal departments of nephron, violation of urine formation. It was performed the histological investigation of experimental animals nephrons structural compounds after toxic hepatitis modelling by means of intragastric introducing of carbon tetrachloride. Most prominent morphologic changes are observed on the 7-th day of experiment in all structural compounds of nephrons. Expressed phenomena of infiltration of interstitial and capillary glomerulus, disorders of circulatory system, dystrophic changes of epithelium of kidneys canaliculies. These changes, set histologically, testify about violation of process of urine formation. Increase of creatinine and urea level in the blood of experimental animals testifies the violation of the functional state of kidneys.
