Fedkovych O. Role of organs of justice in organization and providing the functioning of the system of justice.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of role and place of organs of justice in organization and providing of the functioning of the system of justice in Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of our own historical and foreign experience, internationally legal base conclusions are made in relation to the perspective directions of the development of organs of justice and strengthening of their role in creation of the proper terms for realization of justice. In particular, the expedience of the claim of integral approach to the questions of creation of corps of judges, public prosecutors and advocates, improvement of regulation of judicial expert activity, the claim of the integral system of implementation of court decisions, update of plenary powers of organs of justice in the sphere of grant of free of charge legal aid, help to the victims of crimes of violence, introduction of judicial mediations are grounded. In the sphere of the international legal cooperation the necessity of strengthening of role of the Ministry of justice is proved as a representative of the state.
