Essay

Using the systematic approach a complex research in creating an ointment for treating dermatitis and wound prosess has been carried out. Based on the results of the physical and chemical, biopharmaceutical and biological investigations an optimal composition has been developed rational technology of the ointment with miramistine, dexpanthenole, mephenaminic acid and dimexide has been substituated. The quality value of the drug and the methods of their identification have been suggested. The ointment's stability whie storing has been investigated, preclinical frials of the ointment developed under the name "Miramef" have been condacted
