Essay

In this dissertation there were studied immunobiological properties of diarrhea virus and constructed the inactivated vaccine. The aim of research is to study the properties of pathological agent and to develop the specific prophylactic meaning, to work out the technical of neutralization test by micromethod there were used epizootological, virological, serological, biotechnological, immunological, clinical, biochemical and statistical methods of research. Equipment: centrifuges, thermostats, scales, freezer, moist chamber. For the first time the construction method of inactivated vaccine against bovine viral diarrhea theoretically and experimentally well-grounded. It was developed and inactivated manufacturing the inactivated vaccine against bovine viral diarrhea; studied reactogenic and immunogenic properties of this vaccine, created on the base of flint-containing adjuvant - KE 10-01 on to experimental and agricultural animals; to define dose of vaccine providing development and maintenance of intense immunity during 6 monthes (term of experiment). Novelty: development of vaccine is protected by the patent "Vaccine inactivated against bovine viral diarrhea" № 20040806878, 15.04.2005. State of inculcation: it was received the registration certificate on a preparation. Field of using: veterinary medicine.
