Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study crops growing influence in the link of grain and hoe crops rotation on the ecotoxicological assessment of heavy metals behavior in the "soil-plant" system on sod-podzol soil under Polissia conditions. It is determined that seasonal dynamics of movable and potential movable heavy metals forms in the arable soil during vegetative period is observed. Crops growing in crops rotation influences on heavy metals behavior in the soil, exactly quantity of potential movable heavy metals forms, but natural allocation under soil profile haven't changed. Irregular plant absorption and accumulation of heavy metals during vegetative period have been noted, according to the biological peculiarities, plant growth and development phases. Corn, oats, and winter rye accumulate zinc and copper intensively but lead and cadmium are accumulated much less. The heavy metals transition coefficient in the soil-plant system has been calculated. Positive influence of organic and mineral fertilizers application on the crops productivity has been highlighted.
