Object of research: myocardiodystrophy and hepatodystrophy in highly productive cows. The purpose of research – to prove informational content activity of myocardial CK and LDG for diagnostic myocardiodystrophy by experimental and theory way. Methods of research: clinical, morphological blood content (erythrocytes, leucocytes), biochemical (KK-NAC, KK-MB, LDG and LDG1, AsAt, AlAt activity, common albumen and its fractions, formole and sulema colloid-sedimentary tests, hemoglobin), instrumental (arterial pressure taking, electrocardiography), pathology and histological (heart, liver). Scientific novelty of work: for the first time in Ukraine analysis of functional heart’s condition in highly productive cows was done by special methods, developed biochemical methods diagnostics of myocardiodystrophy which are based on researching activity of cardiac isoenzymes creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase its correlation to common activity gives opportunity for experimental base of rationality complex treatment myocardiodystrophy. Pathogenesis, methods of diagnostics and treatment of liver and cardiac syndrome in highly developed cows was learned. It is offered: physiological limits of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase activity and its cardiac isoenzymes, methods of early diagnostics myocardiodystrophy and liver and cardiac syndrome in highly productive cows. It is introduced: obtained results are shown in methodic recommendations “Internal diseases of highly productive cows (etiology, diagnostics, treatment and prophylactic)”, which are confirmed by scientific-methodic committee of State department of veterinary medicine Ministry of agrarian policy, proceedings № 3 from 20.12.2006 year, are used at studying “Clinical biochemistry”, “Clinical diagnostics” and “Diseases of internal organs” in Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
