Essay

The dissertation represents a human-geographic perspective on the creation and functioning of an integrated pan-European transport and logistics system as well as Ukraine's integration into this system. The theoretical aspects of the investigation of an integrated TLS are explored, the general directions of transport and logistical integration are determined. A research strategy to approach the TLS of EU and Ukraine is developed. The thesis contains an analysis of European transport and logistical integration factors and a system-structural analysis of the TLS. Regional features of goods transportation in Ukraine are investigated, and the general directions of Ukraine's participation in the European transport and logistical integration are defined.
