Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to researches of intensification of extraction process, decreasing of saccharose losses and improving of semi products of sugar production. There were scientifically founded and developed the method of getting of diffusion juice with using of electrohydraulic processing. There were researched the process of electrohydraulic processing of beet slices in extragent, defined character of struc-tural changes of cell elements and ascertained the condition of the electrohydraulic processing. There were proved the effect of processing of beet slices in extragent on microflora and developed the method of inactivation which permits to reduce infection of beet slices and decrease of saccharose losses in results of microbiological vital activity.
