We investigated the influence of the elementary loading by a cholesterol and NaCl on the dynamics of hormonal status and the functional changes of vessels. We found that at action enough different factors arose up terms for forming of hyperсholesterinemia. Under the conditions of NaCl-loading, the progressive increase of general cholesterol content was on the background of the osmotic resistant index substantial decline. The changes of hormonal status of the animals, which ate cholesterol, is characterized by the organisms protective reactions in unfavorable terms. Unlike the previous model, the systematic and long consumption of NaCl stipulates for violations not only in hormonal status, but also in a nervous component. The confirmation of this fact is the increase of cortykosterone, progesterone, and lyuteynic hormone contents on the background of testosterone and hypothalamic hormones contents decline. The addition of vazoaktive matters to aorta preparations of animals, which ate cholesterol, showedthe increase of reactions only in the presence of adrenalin on the 3 weeks of the experiment. The gradual decline of all vazoaktive reactions happened at further research. The diminishment of aorta retractile activity of animals, which got NaCl, corresponded the flow of organism stress-reaction.
