Subject of research - revealing the role of signs of hemp stem and inflorescence structure in the seed productivity formation. The purpose - the detection of plant structure character effect level on the seed productivity for the pratical use in breeding. The methods are field, laboratory, mathematical and statistical. The most important breeding signs of hemp are esteblished and it is revealed that they as factorial characters have cross and mediated connection withthe effective character of seed productivity and play the important part in its manifestation. The hemp variety model is proposed with allowance for the inflorescence structure signs that closely related to the plant seed productivity level. On the basis of the established regularities, the recommendations for the breeding practice are worked out. The male-sterile hemp line Odnodomni 9ChS is improved on the sexual composition and seed productivity. It is accepted for long-term preservation as a unique sample to the Yuryev Institute of PlantGrowing. The branch of application-breeding research in institutions.
