Using the system approach the complex researches with the purpose of creation of ointment with ketotifen hydrogen fumarate for treatment of allergic diseases of the skin are conducted for the first time. On the basis of results of physical and chemical, biopharmaceutical, microbiological and biological researches the optimum structure is developed and the rational technology of ointment under conditional name "Ketocin" which as working substances contains ketotifen hydrogen fumarate, dimethylsulphoxide, boric acid and zinc oxide is grouded.
