Yudina Y. Elaboration of compose and technology of a geriatric preparation on the basis of a Ginkgo biloba leaves powder in a granules form

The paper is devoted to the elaboration of compose and technology of heriatric preparation on the ginkgo biloba leaves powder. A complex researches of botanical, microbiological, chemical, technological properties of ginkgo biloba leaves powder and granules on its basis obtained with different types of binding solutions have been carried out. The influence of ginkgo biloba leaves humidity, the way of its crushing, nature, amount and concentration of binding solutions on the technological properties of powder and granules on its basis have been established. In a scientific proved optimum technology of a geriatric preparation on the basis of Ginkgo biliba leaves powder obtaining. The influence of different factors: a way of crushing, methods of sterilization and residual humidity of raw material, amount and concentration of binding solutions, parameters of granules drying on ready product quality parameters are determined. On the results of researches compose of granules satisfactory to the requirements of DPU to have been obtained. Have been developed technology and methods of quality control which was checked on the production conditions.
