The object of research: Slobidska intelligentsia of the ХІХ–ХХ centuries. The aim of the research: philosophical understanding and analysis of the leading tendency of Slobidska intelligentsia of the ХІХ–ХХ centuries. The methods: germenevtic, comparative, culture-historic. The theoretical results of the thesis and its novelty: for the first time have analyzed philosophical and ideological basis of the enlightenmentous working of Slobidska intelligentsia and have used some models like this «communicably work» and «cities of the scientists» for studying specialties of Kharkiv like a scientific center, have done their explication on cultural peculiarities of the ХІХ–ХХ centuries. The practical importance of the thesis: the results of the work can be used in the further history – philosophical researches in working out courses and special courses in history and theory of culture, history of philosophy and philosophy of culture.
