Krakhmalyova T. Models and methods of intellectual property management in the projects of aviation technique creation

The subject of a research are the modeling of intellectual resource management processes for increasing the effectiveness of the new high technology technique creation projects. The target of a study is ensuring of effective management for intellectual resources projects of the aeronautical engineering making on the basis of structurization, modeling and optimization of intellectual property's objects. Basic methods of the research are the methods of the system analysis for classification and structurization of intellectual property's objects; the multiple-theoretic approach for plural representation of intellectual property's objects; graph theory for representation of management's organizational structure of intellectual property's objects and patent low risks' structure; methods of mathematical modeling of intellectual property's objects' life cycle; integral optimization’s methods for definition of rational expenses for creation intellectual property's objects; methods of discounting of cash flows for cost appraisal of intellectual property's objects; оbject-oriented informational technology for the analysis and management of intellectual property's objects. The method of intellectual property object (IPO) control based on IPO structurization has been developed. It differs from the existing ones by formalization of IPO creation, evaluation and commercialization processes that allow to optimize the expenses and obtain the additional cash profit during the project realization. The methods of IPO and license price evaluation have been updated due to combined use of Cash-Flow and discounting of cash flow methods, by means of which the enterprise managers can define the economic project effectiveness. The method of system modelling in the part of IPO organization management model formation that makes possible to outline the organization expenses on intellectual property management in the projects has obtained the further development. The optimization model of expense in the projects of innovation technique creation has been improved due to integral-valued programming that makes possible to optimize the expenses on IPO creation.
