Essay

Dissertation is devoted to study of interrelation between typological parameters and functioning of system of blood aggregative state maintenance in organism of Ukrainian black-particolor milk breed cattle in intact condition and at the influence of technological stress, induced by changing of keeping conditions. There was established relation between typological parameters of higher nervous activity and procoalunant, anticoagulant potentials, and postcoagulant phases (potential of fibrinolisis and retraction of blood clot) as a result of realized investigations. There was established that power of excitation and inhibition processes had relation with intensity of changes of certain parameters at technological stress, namely: quantity of platelets, prothrombin time, activated partitial thromboplastin time, thrombin time, retraction of blood clot, and fibrinolysis.Steadiness of processes in the central nervous system had relation with quantity of platelets, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, tolerance of blood plasma to heparin, fibrinogen concentration, retraction of blood clot, and fibrinolysis. Also there was established that agility of nervous processes had relation with functioning of certain units of blood aggregative state maintenance: tolerance of plasma to heparin and fibrinogen concentration.
