Об'єкт дослідження - is the limited responsibility of criminals with psychopathies disorders as one of constituents which must be taken into account at setting of punishment and prophylaxis of criminality of concrete category of persons. Мета дисертації - development of psychological principles of application of the article about the limited responsibility in relation to criminals with psychopathies disorders. Методи дослідження is treatment, generalization, analysis and systematization of scientific sources; analysis of document, diagnostic methods. Наукова новизна - in first the time: generalized existent scientific approaches to the problem, limited responsibility; formulated methodological principles for application of complex of legal and psychological measures on the category of criminals with psychopathies disorders in obedience to the item 20 of СС Ukraine. Практичне значення - grounded and offered legal algorithm of organizational measures on realization in practice of category of the limitedresponsibility in relation to criminals with psychopathies disorders taking into account individually-psychological approach during realization of correction prophylaxis in the process. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - are materials of dissertation research are used in activity of Supreme Court of Ukraine (author formulation of the item 20 of СС) and at teaching of educational discipline "Legal psychology" on themes "judicial-psychological examination" "Personality of criminal", "Рsychology". Ефективність впровадження - are conclusions and suggestions got positive estimation of specialists. Сфера використання - is practical activity of law enforcement authorities of Ukraine and educational process.
