On the basis of complex investigation 136 children with gastro-oesophageal reflux of different etiology it diagnostics was improved. Differentiated approach to the choice of testimonies and method of correction of gastro-esophageal reflux depending on etiology, functional and anatomo-morphological changes of esophagus was grounded and offered. Using of the indicated approach and developed antireflux operation were operated a 101 children, that allowed to attain positive results in 95,3% patients. Field – medicine.
