The thesis is devoted to the the lipid profile and quality of life and its correction with atorvastatin in patients with stage V chronic kidney disease treated programme haemodialysis. The studies performed the presence of lipid exchange disoders and the advisabilitty of use of hypolipidemic therapy. There is proposed the diagnostic algorism of severity of CKD.
