Essay

The thesis deal with the Russian tsarisms policy towards Ukrainian questions at the beginning of 20 th century, its vain direction and negativt influtnce on political and spiritual development of Ukrainian people. The way this problem had been studied before was analyed in thesis a lot of archive materials were used, some of them, where put into scientsfic circulation for the first time. Repressivt character attide to the Ukrainian political parties has been recognized.
