The results of studying EMS influence in different concentrations at 6 and 12 hour expositions on mature seeds of 3 sunflower lines and on unripe seeds of 2 sunflower lines, with the purpose of definition of mutational variability and getting various material for expansion of a genetic collection and choosing forms, which are valuable for breeding, are presented. The received mutant forms can be used in genetic and selection activity.
