Yermolenko T. Optimization of the medical providing of the patients with the kidneys diseases

The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of theoretical aspects of the kidneys diseases morbidity, treatment among the population of Ukraine and some other countries of the world accounting the modern classification, of their nosology and the directions of optimization of the medical providing of such patients in the conditions of the specialized permanent establishment by the most widespread nosologies have been grounded. On the basis of the obtained results of investigations of the actual state of the medical providing of the patients with the kidneys diseases by widespread nosologies (an urolithiasis, a pyelonephritis, a glomerulonephritis) it has been found out, that there are market factors, the influence of which is reflected at the level of quality of their pharmacotherapy at the national pharmaceutical market. Scientific directions of the optimization of the medical providing of the patients with the kidneys diseases have been grounded in the conditions of the specialized permanent establishment by creation of minimal assortment of medicinal preparations, processing of pharmacoeconomical parameters and standards of treatment, recommendations for expenses for purchase of drugs.
