Vernigora R. The rise of operation's efficiency of the railway stations as ergatic systems

The research object is the process of the railway stations functioning. Research purpose is increase of railway stations efficiency due to the complex improvement of their technical equipment, technologies and ergatic control system. For the decision of this task the system of universal simulations and mathematical models, which allow adequately to model of the railway stations operation and provide the interactive participation of the traffic manager in process of modeling, were created. In dissertation the methods of the two-criterion vector optimization of the station's parameters, which allows to get the dependency of a efficiency level of organizing-technical measures, planned on stations, from volumes of the project financing, were designed. Computer simulators for preparation of railway station operators are created and introduced for several stations of Ukraine. Also the methods of the objective estimation of the quality of stations personnel preparing were designed. These methods are based onthe modern mathematical methods of objects categorizations and provide for use simulators.
