Essay

The goad of the dissertation was to study the effectivity of using the bee pollen load for therapy of not specific cataral bronchopneumonia in calves and also to study the influence of bee pollen load on common resistance and immune status in calves. We've got the results, that show one of the reasons that cance acute cataral bronchopneumonia appearance in calves is the immunodeficiency condition that is the background for conditional pathogenic microflora that stipulates for appearance inflammation in pulmones. Veterinary pharmacology proposes many preparates, that gives immunotropic influence. On the modern stage according to this goal it was studied the problem of using the bee production. One of them is the composite pollen, that is the complex concentrate of many nutritios and treatment. Using the preparates of composite pollen for prophylactic and treatment of cataral bronchopneumonia gives an oportunity to shorten the time of disease and treatment of animals and also to stimulate humoral and cell factors of immunity by increasing common protein, albumin and ?-globulin fractions , increasing the phagocytic protection and relevation the quantity indexes of T- B-lymphocytes. Analysig results of pollen load use, in complex calves treatment, which suffer from cataral bronchopneumonia, it is important to notice it's stimulating on influence on cells and humoral factors of organism protection, that increases the efficiency of etyotropic and pathogenic therapy during this calves disease. According to made researches it is proposed the treatment schenes cataral bronchopneumonia in calves , and also with purpose to stimulate the immunity, using the preparates of pollen load.
