Essay

The object of study – history of new economic politics in Ukraine during its destruction. The purpose of study is the process of destruction and disappearance of the private enterprise sector in a national economy of Ukraine and liquidation of the new bourgeoisie in republic complexly to investigate. The methods: principle of anthropocentrism, problem-chronological, comparative-historical, historical-genetic, comparative, statistical analysis. The practical value of the work: the materials of dissertation research can be used at creation both teaching of general and special courses of lectures, spelling of the textbooks and special scientific monographies on a history of Ukraine of ХХ century, special courses on a history of domestic private enterprise, preparation of popular scientific articles in periodic press, and also at creation of works, devoted to local lore problematic. The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the processes of liquidation of the private enterprise in Ukraine inthe end of 1920th – beginning 1930th. The forms and methods of the illegal enterprise activity and the struggle of the state bodies with this phenomenon have been studied. The Soviet state policy of social discrimination, concerning the representatives of the “new economic policy bourgeoisies” has been covered by this research. The objective picture of the disappearance of the private enterprise layer (enterprisers as a social class) and their further survival in the beginning of 1930th have been shown. The poorly studied theme concerning the position of the “new economic policy bourgeoisies” children, their social humiliation and restrictions on their civil rights have been covered by the dissertation.
