Essay

Object – technology of sucrose extraction of the mother liquor in the massecuite; methods – special analytical, chemical, physical-chemical methods of researching with usage of modern instruments. Novelty – іt is established that in order to reduce the sucrose solubility it is necessary to create conditions, which could facilitate the intermolecular interaction of its molecules. It can be achieved by way of introducing the additions of compounds that are able to intensive close hydratation or by introducing the substances that initiate the effect of a long hydratation, have formulated the main points of a modern classification of nonsugars by their molassegenic capability with consideration of the nonsugars effect on the structure of water sugar solutions. Results – the developed way to reduce sugar content in the molasses with addition of tret-butanole in the amount of 0,15…0,25 % to the mass of intercrystalline solution, allows to increase additional sugar putout to 0,03...0,06 %.
