Specific composition of dominant microorganisms at obstetric-gynecologic pathologies has been determined.New data concerning the spread of these agents with certain pathogenic, hemolytic, toxigenic, antigenic characteristics has been received. Antibiotic resistance of these agents has been determined.Practical results: method of preparation and and normative documentation on the "Vaccine subunit inactivated for prophylaxis of cow postnatal endometritises" (SS U 24.4-00497087-067:2007), technology of preparation and and project to normative documentation on treatment-and-stimulatory preparation "Uteroton" have been developed. Results of investigations were included into scientific-and-practical publications "Short textbook on veterinary obstetrics and gynecology" and "Manual on veterinary obstetrics".The novelty of work is confirmed by 2 patents.Degree of introduction: package of normative documentation on immunizing preparation "Vaccine subunit inactivated for prophylaxis of cow postnatal endometritis" has been developed.
