Kopetyuk N. The peculiarities of Prosecutor's Supervision in the investigation of criminal cases of juvenile delinquents.

The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of prosecutor's supervision of the observance of laws by bodies. That conduct operational search activity, inquiry and pretrial investigation in criminal cases of juveniles. The subject and object, forms, methods, tasks and powers of prosecutor's activity are reseached; techniques and methods of this activity in juveniles' cases are developed; ways of optimization and norms of evaluation of prosecutor's supervision in preliminary investigation are presented. Propositions concerning the impovement of laws "On the Public Prosecution", "On operative Crime Defection Activities", of the code of criminal procedure of Ukraine and other norminative legal acts are formulated.
