Object of the reseach. Alterations of the organic and mineral components of the bone tissue in different part of the skeleton (lower jaw, femur, vertebrae) in experimental animals at partial and combined action of emotional stress and gonadal deficiency; ways of their correction with bioregulators. The aim of study is to investigate the alterations of the structure of non-collagen proteins of the organic matrix and the components of the mineral phase of the bone tissue in different parts of the skeleton at emotional stress, gonadal deficiency and their combined action; ways of their correction with bioregulators. Methods of the reseach. Experimental models of emotional stress and gonade deficiency, physiological, biochemical, histological and mathematics-statistical methods of research. Teoretical and practical results, novelty. In the work it was found that emotional stress affects the structural organization of the bone tissue, and combined action of the stress and gonade deficiency increases resorbtion changes in the bone tissue. The bone tissue of the lower jaw is the most sensitive to the factors. Sex hormones have the leading role in regulation of the metabolism of the bone tissue in emotional stress. Preliminary administration of sex hormones and calcitonin causes normalization of the state of the organic matrix and the mineral phase of the bone tissue. The sphere of application. Reseach and investigation of the mechanisms of stressor damage, teaching of physiology and biochemistry.
