Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigation of social and political position of pupils' youth of the South of Ukraine in the second half of the XIX-th century. The thesis disclosed legal status of pupils, determines main forms of display and direction of oppositional movements of pupils in the second half of the XIX-th century. Total number of pupils' circles is clarified, predominance of their self-educational and democratic trends, rising of oppositional pupils' movement in the first half of 80-th of the XIX-th century in region are stressed. Governmental policy on forming loyal attitude of pupils and its displays is analyzed.
