Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of morphological characteristics of lymphatic vessels being in all groups of human ethmoidale labyrinth as well as to the determining their morphometry parameters and directions of lymph outflow. The present work is the first attempt to undertake a complex morphological study of lymphatic mycrocirculatory system of the ethmoidale labyrinth mucous membrane. There have been obtained certain histotopographic and morphometric indices of lymphatic vessels belonging to different groups of the ethmoidale labyrinth. Much attention was payed to morphological changes in lymphatic microvessels of elderly and senile aged persons. Correlation between the thicknes of mucous membrane and the indeces of specific density of the ethmoidale labyrinth lymphatic microcirculatory elements has been found out.
