Adamovіch N. Social and political factors of constitutional process are in Ukraine (90th XX item is beginning of XXI item)

Dissertation is devoted complex research of activity of participants of constitutional process in Ukraine 90th to the XX item - beginning of XXI item, comprehensive analysis of social and political factors, which influenced on motion of development, discussion, acceptance and making alterations in Constitution of Ukraine. On the basis of a wide spring base historical pre-conditions and conformities to the law of passing a new Basic Act are set, a division into the periods of constitutional process is carried out, explored reasons of origin and deepening of contradictions between the representatives of legislative and executive branches of power as one of main factors of the newest constitutional process. Positions of representatives of public organs of power and political parties are reflected in a decision or deepening of sharp social and political problems which arose up in the newest Ukrainian state in the process of acceptance and making alterations in Constitution of Ukraine, their influence is proved on the substantive provisions of constitutional documents which was developed during 90th to the XX item - beginning of XXI item.
