Svida O. Administrative law-courts in Ukraine: formation and development.

The question of organization and activity of administrative courts in Ukraine on the initial stage of their creation and on a prospect has been examined in the thesis. The role of administrative courts as the important guarantors of protection of rights and freedoms of man, citizen and legal entity has been investigated, the relation between the formation of administrative justice and the processes of society’s democratization has been analyzed. The structure of subsystem of administrative courts has been analyzed and the variants of its improvement as well as specificity of realization in their activity of separate principles of judicature and proceeding have been examined. Individual attention has been paid to division of competence between administrative courts and other courts of general jurisdiction as well as Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The question of regular, material and financial, and psychological courts’ providing has been examined. According to examined questions in the work the recommendations about improvement of legislation and practice of its application have been expressed."
