Research subjects: function of cardiorespiratory system, practically healthy persons, patients with COPD.The aim of research: to work out the physiologically grounded method of patients with COPD chronotherapy Methods and equipment: clinical investigation, instrumental, laboratory, static ones.Theoretical and practical results: Patients with COPD displayed the daily rhythm of cardiovascular and respiratory systems activity desynchronisation as a failure of their circadian organization functional indices expressed by average daily rhythm and vibration amplitude change and by acrophases of these indices removal. Proposed in clinical practice scheme of COPD chronotherapy synchronizing treatment with daily rhythm of organism standardize circadian of cardiorespiratory system functional indices and make it possible to shorten the period of patient’s stay in a hospital and to decrease medicamental loading on patients. During clinico-functional examination of patients with COPD such index as “Individual minute” may be used as additional criterion for severity of COPD estimation. Novelty: For the first time patients with COPD displayed the daily rhythm of cardiovascular and respiratory systems activity desynchronisation as a failure of their circadian organization functional indices expressed by average daily rhythm and vibration amplitude change and by acrophases of these indices removal. Scheme of COPD chronotherapy allowing to intensify the treatment of this disease by its synchronization with organism daily rhythms and functional indices of cardiorespiratory system circadian organization normalization is physiologically grounded and proposed for clinical practice. For the first time it is shown that the duration of such index as “Individual minute” which defines the circadian rhythms of organism desynchronisation, correlates with severity of COPD.Implementation: articles, theses, information letter, introduction into to teaching processes at high medical schools.Sphere, sector of implementation: medicine
