Essay

The thesis is devoted to problems of investigation of role of interleukin-1 and fibronectin play in progression of chronic glomerulonephritis. The level of interleukin-1b in plasma of blood significantly increased. The content of FN in plasma is raised and reaches the highest level with nephrotic form of disease. Progression of disease is accompanied by decrease of its concentration; during the treatment of Haemodialysis this score is lower than it is during the control.
