The thesis is devoted to problems of investigation of role of cytokines(interleukin-6 and interleukin-12) in the progress of chronic glomerulonephritis. The level of interleukin-6 in plasma of blood increased at III stage CKD and decreased later.The level of interleukin-12 in plasma of blood increased at III- Y stage CKD and corresponds to paces of the progress fibroplaastic, sclerotic processes.
