The intensity of motivational complex typology of the investigators' professional motivation at the early stages of the professionalization is analysed, the peculiarities of their career orientations and the level of young investigators' job satisfaction are singled out. The relation to as to the expert and to professionally important concepts of the investigators' at the different stages of the professionalization is analysed, the types of the professional's self-identification among thecadets of the investigatory-criminalistical department and investigators with the seniority of professional activities up to 3 years are examined. Necessity of formation of the adequate professional motivation is proved. On the received data ground there has been developed the motivational training program "Motor" which efficiency was approved at a primary stage of its introduction.
