The object is processes of renewable resource management in shipyard project portfolio; the aims are elaboration and development of models of renewable resource assignment in shipyard project portfolio; The methods are system analyses, project management methodology, structure and project analyses methodology; the new approach lies in the model of project-oriented activity of shipyards, the mathematical model of renewable resource assignment in shipyard project portfolio, the functional model of project-oriented automation renewable resource management, the complex optimization criterion of renewable resource assignment; the practical results are the pro-cedure of renewable resource assignment optimization, informational base structure and software tools of project-oriented automation renewable resource management system; the results of work was applicated on five shipyards; application of research results enables to reduce laboriousness of management, to increase decision quality; sphere of use is theshipbuilding.
