Kovalik V. The activity of organs of militia on the territory of Stanislav region in 1939 - 1946 years. Historical and law aspect

The peculiarities of formation and the forms and methods of activity of organs of militia on the territory of Stanislav area in the conditions of the first stage of “radyanizatsiya” of the region (1939 – 1941) and on the finishing stage of World War II and in the first post-war years (1944 - 1946) are researched in the thesis. On the basis of the archived sources, monographic literature, reminiscences and materials of periodic press the process of formation of organs of militia, their structural construction, system of preparation and the mechanism of providing by specialists, their high-quality composition, socially financial and domestic providing, the reasons of violation of socialistic legality and official discipline by militiamen are lighted.
