Essay

Theoretical generalization and new decision of a scientific problem - the formations of remission in alcohol depended patients in out-patient conditions (without a stage of hospitalization) - is given in this work. It is established, that risk of relapse of alcoholiza-tion at the stages of formation of therapeutic remission in alcohol depended patients, grows owing to exhaustion of mechanisms of adaptations. It is shown, that fraction of lipoproteins of high density and, especially, their subfraction LHD2a in serum blood: is an important markers of phases of formation of therapeutic remission in alcohol depended pa-tients, and fraction of lipoproteins of intermediate density - is a marker of alcoholic de-pendence in general. The new evidence of interlinking of mental and functional condition of alcohol de-pended patients with their current metabolic status are found out. The pharmacotherapeutic technology "Composite 1", which has adaptive and metabolic action, was developed on this basis and was approved in out-patient conditions. It is shown, that its application al-lows improving essentially the somatic and mental status of patients. It is proved, that full remission in out-patient conditions can be achieved more than at half of patients, thus application "Composite 1" essentially reduces quantity of patients preschedully interrupting treatment owing to renewal of alcoholization. Key words: alcohol, dependence, therapeutic remission, out-patient conditions, adaptive and metabolic therapy, lipoproteins.
