3. The dissertation is devoted to studying the structural functional changes of the cerebrum as a result of experimental dislipoproteidemia and its pharmocorrection. Determined progressive decline of the volumemetric speed of the cerebrum vascularization in the internal carotid artery; the increase of surface area of the horizontal cut and the increase of surface area of the arterial wall; the widening of the vessel wall and the decrease of the vessel lumen and the decrease of the current flow; functional decrease blood brain barrier which brings about the decrease of linear and volumetric capabilities of the pyramidal neurocytes with the appearance of neurocytes with different intensity of chromotolysis and the disturbance of ultra-structure. Pharmaceutical agents used for the correction of pathological changes of the cerebrum as a result of dislipoproteidemia.
