Complex analyses of elections in State Duma of the Russian Empire is made. Social, political struggle of political parties and ethnic groups, activity of the province administration are analyzed, traced with organization and conducting an electoral process. The work of the province and district election committees is characterized. Social, party and national composition of province representatives in Russian parliament is analyzed. The main tendency of parliamentary activities of the deputies are revealed.
