Have been analyzed the historiography and source basis. The thesis includes the degree of its investigation. The new rediscovered sources, that haven't been showed in historiography. The source base comprises historical works of different authors that have written about the history and culture of the Ukrainian people observing regular life. The overwhelming majority of German and French authors includes friendliness while writing about Ukrainian people, its historiography.
