Bilova O. The problems of judicial self-government in Ukraine.

The research is devoted to the formation and development of judicial self-government in Ukraine. The principles of legal state of organs of judicial self-government and the guaranties of its provision have been investigated. The system and the competence of organs of judicial self-government; the powers of organs of judicial self-government and the forms of their activity; the problems of providing accessibility of the activity of organs of judicial self-government and the offered measures as for the conformity of their status to international legal standards have been researched. The propositions as for the introduction of changes to the Constitution of Ukraine, the improvement of Laws "About the Judicial System of Ukraine", "About the Status of Judges" have been formulated. The original model of draft law "About the Judicial Community in Ukraine" has been offered.
