Evgeniy A. Prosecutor's supervision on keeping the legislation about legal recourses of citizens

The research is devoted to prosecutor's supervision on keeping the right of a legal recourse of citizens and considering complaints and applications in public prosecution organs. The Constitutional right of a legal recourse of citizens and the guaranties of its realization have been investigated; the nature of the prosecutorial and supervisory proceeding on considering legal recourses of citizens and jurisdiction of legal recourses of citizens to public prosecution organs have been defined; tactical and methodical bases of the prosecutorial and supervisory activity on legal recourses of citizens and supervision on keeping laws about legal recourses of citizens in organs of local authorities have been elaborated; the method of carrying out the analytic work on considering legal recourses of citizens in public prosecution organs has been offered. The offers as for the improvement of Laws "About Public Prosecution", "About Legal Recourses of Citizens", the Code of Administrative legal procedure, the orders of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine have been formulated.
