Klish A. Public-and-political and scientific activity of the academician Kyrylo Studynskyy (1868-1941).

The thesis contains an integrated investigation on the life and activity of Kyrylo Studynskyy in the context of the Ukrainian National Revival at the end of the 19th - the beginning of the 20th century. The main attention is attracted to the content, forms, and trends of this work. The author considers the process of maturing and evolution of national and scientific viewpoints of the figure. The role of his activity is analysed in the process of increase of national consciousness of the Ukrainian people. The contribution of figure is probed to becoming and development of Scientific society of the name of Shevchenko. Description of scientific activity of scientist is given and its role is shown in a national. The place of K. Studynskyy's is set in history of domestic culture.
