Achkasov I. Management of project of innovation platform for energy saving tecnology

The research subject are innovative platforms and energy-saving technology projects in development of Ukrainian housing.The goal of the research is to create methods and models for managing innovative projects of energy-saving technologies in housing based on forming of innovative platforms. Scientific results: proposed models and methods allow providing quality and effective functioning of communal energy systems and to increase energy saving while providing housing services for the residents of Ukraine. Research methods: systems analysis method; systems dynamics methods and models; cognitive models and methods of forming innovative potential and platforms of energy-saving projects; methods of simulative modeling and investment analysis. Scientific problem of managing innovative platforms and energy-saving projects in housing of Ukraine is solved by developing a complex of approaches, models, methods and means. Scientific novelty. For the first time a structural and functional models o innovative platforms of energy-saving projects and programmes in housing are proposed; hierarchical model for multi-criteria decision making for effectiveness evaluation of heat provision systems in innovative development projects was developed. Results of the dissertation were used at: JSC CT "Kharkivska TETz-5" ("Kharkiv heat powerplant-5"), state communal enterprise "Kharkivski teplovi merezhi" ("Kharkiv heating systems"), JSC "Kharkivoblenergo", Kharkiv national academy of city economy in the studying courses "Project management", "Project analysis", "Organization and economics of investment activities".
