Bondarenko Z. Organization of the voluntary work of social pedagogues-to-be in the conditions of the higher educational establishment.

Thesis is dedicated to theoretical and practical issues concerning organization of the voluntary work of social pedagogues-to-be in the conditions of the higher educational establishment. In this thesis the essence of such concepts as "voluntary work" in the context of social padegogics, "readiness of social pedagogues-to-be for the voluntary work" is revealed; professional functions of a social l pedagogue, which are realized in the process of voluntary work, are defined; the content of teaching process of preparation of social pedagogues-to-be for the fulfillment of their professional functions, forms snd methods of the voluntary work in the conditions of the higher educational establishment are perfected. In the thesis the model of organization of the voluntary work of social pedagogues-to-be in higher educational establishment conditions is creadet and implemented, directed on raising the level of skills of social pedagogues-to-be through engaging them into charity activities, supporting and developing their social initiativies.
